For SIs & consultancies

Power your modernization practice with our transformation technology.

This is an explicit invitation. If you deliver modernization or application services, partner with Vivify to take on more legacy work, deliver it faster, and hand your clients clean code they own, backed by the same transformation technology and engineering depth that built our enterprise track record.

Why partner

A new line of business, without building the engine yourself.

Win more modernization work

Bid on legacy-modernization engagements you would otherwise pass on. Our transformation technology lets you take on PowerBuilder, VB6, COBOL, Nexaweb, or whatever your client runs. The process is source-language flexible.

Deliver it faster

With 90%+ of the conversion automated, your teams spend their time on the high-value, client-specific work instead of hand-porting screens and re-typing business logic.

De-risk your delivery

A model-driven approach preserves business logic by construction, so your modernization projects carry far less of the risk that sinks hand rewrites, protecting your margins and your reputation.

Hand clients code they own

The output is clean, standard TypeScript / React with no lock-in. Your clients own what you deliver, which makes the engagement an easier sell and a cleaner handover.

Who this is for

The channel model that built our Japan business.

Our strongest operation, Vivify Japan, grew through deep, relationship-led partnerships with system integrators. We are extending that model to new markets, and looking for the right partners to build it with.

  • System integrators with enterprise modernization or application-services practices
  • Consultancies whose clients are stuck on aging systems: PowerBuilder, VB6, COBOL, Nexaweb, or any other legacy stack
  • Software services firms wanting to add a proven transformation capability without building one
  • Regional partners who want to replicate, in their market, the SI-channel model that built our Japan business
The engagement model

White-label, behind your brand. Your client stays yours.

Getting started

  2. 02

    Pilot

We run a joint proof of concept on a real codebase so your team experiences the process and the output first-hand.

  3. 03

    Scale

We establish a working model for your engagements and support your teams as you take modernization work to market.

Partner FAQ

The questions partners ask first.

Who owns the code after a transformation?

Your client does. The transformed application transfers on delivery as clean, standard TypeScript / React, with no proprietary runtime and no lock-in. Our transformation platform itself stays ours and is licensed for the engagement.

How does the commercial structure work?

A technology license for the transformation platform plus a delivery subcontract for our engineering team, under your prime contract. The structure is designed to leave partner margin intact rather than stacking day-rate markups.

How does a proof of concept work?

We run the transformation on a representative slice of your client’s actual codebase, with a fixed scope and defined outputs. Your team and your client see real converted code from the real system before anyone commits to a program.

What if the legacy stack is not on your list?

The process is model-driven and source-language flexible. PowerBuilder, VB6, COBOL and Nexaweb are where we have the deepest public track record, but the same parse-transform-generate approach applies to other legacy stacks. Ask us about yours.
