Visiting this website
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. The site also uses a first-party measurement pixel (served via thedotrelay.com) to understand aggregate visitor activity, such as pages viewed and referral source.
Contact and POC forms
When you submit a form, we receive what you send — typically your email address, company, and message — and use it to respond. Form submissions are processed on our behalf by our form/analytics provider and stored in our CRM. We do not add you to marketing lists for filling in a form.
Business outreach (B2B)
We contact a small number of people in commercial roles — partnerships, alliances, and delivery leadership — at IT-services companies where we believe a partnership is genuinely relevant. For this we process business-card-level data only: name, job title, employer, work email address, and public LinkedIn profile. We obtain it from professional networks (LinkedIn) and business contact databases (such as Apollo.io).
Our legal basis is legitimate interests (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); we have a documented legitimate interest assessment. Our outreach is low-volume and individually written, and every message includes a working opt-out. If you tell us to stop — by replying or emailing hello@vivifytechnologies.com — we suppress your details permanently. Prospect records with no engagement are deleted within 12 months.
Who we share data with
Service providers acting on our instructions: website hosting, analytics, our CRM (HubSpot), and our outreach platform (Apollo.io). We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed in the United States and Japan; where UK/EU data is transferred we rely on standard contractual safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under UK and EU GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to our use of your personal data. Email hello@vivifytechnologies.com and we'll respond within statutory timescales. You can also complain to your supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
We'll update this notice when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
